Do you serve small businesses as well as large organisations?
Yes. Since 1983 we have supported clients from single-owner offices to multi-site enterprises, scaling the engagement to what each business actually needs.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Many tasks can be completed remotely for speed; when hands-on work is required, our technicians come to you.

How long does a quote take?
Most standard quotes are returned within one to two business days. Complex projects may need a short scoping call first.
Are there minimum project sizes?
No. We handle everything from a single device repair to multi-phase infrastructure rollouts.
Support
What are your support hours?
Standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Pacific. Managed service clients can opt into extended and 24/7 coverage.
How quickly will someone respond?
We aim to respond the same business day. Managed service contracts define guaranteed response targets.
