1. Return window
Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping and any applicable restocking fees. Custom-configured systems, consumables and software licences are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to start a return
- Contact us using the details below to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Include the original invoice number and the reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely, write the RMA number on the outside, and ship with a trackable method.
3. Condition requirements
- Items must be in the condition they were received, with all accessories and documentation.
- Items showing signs of use, damage or missing parts may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
4. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund is processed.
5. Defective or damaged items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within five business days. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost and, where needed, cover return shipping.
6. Service refunds
Managed service and professional service engagements are governed by the agreement in place for that engagement. If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remediate the issue.
7. Exchanges
We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order. This approach keeps billing and tracking clear for both sides.
