1. Our promise
Since 1983, Micro Trends has stood behind every project we deliver. If something we install, configure or build does not work as agreed, we will fix it — promptly and at no additional cost for covered items.
2. What the guarantee covers
- Workmanship: Installation and configuration performed by our technicians is guaranteed for 90 days after completion.
- Repair services: Completed repairs are covered against recurrence of the same fault for 30 days.
- Web development: Bug fixes for the delivered scope are covered for 30 days after final sign-off.
3. What is not covered
- Manufacturer defects in third-party hardware or software (these follow the manufacturer's own warranty).
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents, power events or acts of nature.
- Work outside the original scope, change requests or additional features added later.
4. How to make a claim
- Contact us using the details below within the applicable coverage period.
- Provide the original invoice or service ticket number.
- Describe the issue and any steps to reproduce it.
We will triage your claim, confirm coverage and schedule remediation — on-site or remote as appropriate.
5. Manufacturer warranties
Products we resell carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. We will help coordinate claims under those warranties whenever possible.
